Introducing our new SEN Sessions
Designed to be welcoming, fun and more inclusive for individuals with special educational needs.
During these sessions, our waterpark will be adapted to create a calmer, more accessible environment, with enhanced safety measures and reduced sensory input. Our SEN sessions are an experience the whole family can enjoy together – with comfort and confidence.
Plus, One Essential Companion goes free*.
What Makes SEN Sessions Different?
We’ve made a few key adjustments to create a more supportive and accessible water park experience for those with special educational needs, while keeping the fun front and centre for any enjoyable day.
Sessions offer
- Smaller Session Sizes – Fewer participants for a calmer, more comfortable environment.
- Increased Lifeguard Support – Extra cover to ensure safety and reassurance at every step.
- Reduced Sensory Input – For example, limited whistle use.
- Gentle, Managed Entry – A slow-paced start to help everyone adjust to the water.
- Session Reminders – A halfway notice and a 10-minute warning before the session ends, to support smooth transitions.
- Family-Friendly – Everyone’s welcome to join in and enjoy the experience together.
During the sessions there will be a chance to explore our two epic lakes for 30 minutes each – Castle Lake and Woodland Lake! Take on thrilling challenges like the Lily Pads, Air Bag, High Roller, Action Tower and lots more!
Limited tickets are available for our adapted SEN sessions – please book today to confirm your space.
Note – Our August session is now fully booked, but don’t miss out on our upcoming session – 6th September!
