Please note: The whole sauna is reserved with your booking – for up to 6 people. Dependent on availability, you may be able to book individual places in a communal sauna session – see our calendar for availability.

Plunge pool (if entering): Participant must be comfortable with cold water plunging and be in suitable health for cold water.
