Essential Companion Ticket

How to Advance Book an Essential Companion Ticket:

• Pre-booking is strongly recommended.
• To request an Essential Companion ticket, email [email protected] at least 7 days before your booked session. In your email, please include:
  • The date and time of your session
  • Your Access Card number (if you have one)
  • Or suitable documentation that evidences your eligibility for an Essential Companion ticket, such as:
    • A valid Blue Badge (photo ID page)
    • A letter from a medical professional confirming your need for support 
    • In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI).
    • An Access Card with the carer/ companion symbol

Booking on the Day:

Providing we have availability, Guests with an Access Card can book an Essential Companion ticket on arrival at the park.

However, pre-booking is advised to guarantee your space, especially during busy periods when sessions may sell out.

Important Information:

If you do not have an Access Card, you must email us to request an Essential Companion ticket at least 7 days before your visit. We are unable to process non-Access Card bookings on the day of arrival.

Please note that the Essential Companion must be 14 years or over and our standard adult to child ratios apply.

Essential Companion tickets are for access to the Waterpark and Mud Trail only. Wetsuits and Aqua Socks charges apply.
