Yes and we provide them for your safety and must be worn at all times.
We recommend you arrive 45 minutes before your slot. That gives you time to book in, get changed and have your briefing. Briefings start 10 minutes before the start of your session; you must be there for your safety briefing.
Yes, you must wear wetsuit or beach style shoes or grippy aqua socks. Trainers, flip-flops and crocs are not suitable. You can buy some grippy aqua socks on arrival.

Yes but only cameras that are chest mounted are allowed on the Inflatable Water Park.
Sessions are one hour long (half an hour on each lake. You can book back to back sessions is you wish, but most people find an hour enough as it is pretty physically demanding.
No. You will almost certainly lose or damage them on the Aqua Park. Prescription goggles are a good alternative.

The Water Park is suitable for the age of 6+ and a minimum and 110cm in height. Children aged 6 and 7 MUST be supervised by an adult on the water.
We recommend that children under 12 have an adult with them taking part on 1:3 ratio. A parent or guardian for all under 18’s must be present during your briefing to give consent for your child to take part. Children aged 6-7 MUST have an Adult supervising them.
Yes all our lifeguards are fully trained and qualified, but don’t be fooled they are not there to simply watch, they take pride in offering you an experience that you will never forget.
Yes we have male and female changing rooms on site for you to use.
Yes the maximum weight to take part is 18 stone (115kg). This is the maximum rated limit for the buoyancy aids. The limit is also imposed for the physical safety of our lifeguard team.
It is pretty physically demanding, you need to be able to pull yourself out of the water and tackle various obstacles. Being physically fit will certainly help.
No you are not recommended that you do not take part if you are pregnant.
We recommend that you leave plenty of time for your journey as we can’t let you onto the park if you miss your slot. We will try our best to help you but will not give a refund for a missed session.
In the result of a cancellation, a 50% refund is available if cancelled more than 48 hours in advanced or full credit to be used at a later date in the same year. No refunds are available if cancelled within 48 hours of your session.

Well you’re going to get wet anyway, so a bit of extra water won’t hurt! We will only cancel a session if we get thunder and lightning. In that case we will do our best to delay the start time, move you to another session or offer a full refund.
We recommend arriving 15 mins before your session.
We recommend old trainers on the Mud Trail, you can wear wellies but these tend to get stuck.

Camera’s are not recommended on the obstacle course as they are very likely to be damaged but this is down to your discretion. Maybe ask a spectator.
Each session is two hours long, you are free to move around the course and can repeat obstacle’s as many times as you like.
All under 18’s must be supervised on the Muddy Assault Course. We recommend a ratio of 1:6 but you do not have to take part.
The mud run is suitable for the age of 3+. Be aware that children aged under 6 will need significant adult help on a lot of the obstacles.
