We are excited to have your child join us for an adventurous and fun-filled experience. Below is important information regarding the activities and safety measures at our park.

I understand that the Adventures require some physical effort, are psychologically challenging and involve risks or dangers. This may include contact with other participants, natural and man-made obstacles, unpredictable environmental conditions and can cause feeling of discomfort or fear. We ensure that all activities are conducted with the highest safety standards, but it is important to be aware of the potential risks. The Mud Trail is a woodland assault course on undulating ground with natural obstacles in addition to the obstacles constructed by Dorset Waterpark Ltd. The Waterpark is an inflatable assault course spread over multiple lakes. Participation involves swimming, swinging, slides and jumping from height. I accept that there is a risk of injury when undertaking such adventures.
By allowing your child to participate, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in all activities at Dorset Adventure Park. These risks include, but are not limited to, collisions, obstacles, weather-related hazards, and natural hazards. Injuries may range from minor to severe. Participation is physically demanding, and accidental injury is possible.
In the unlikely event of an accident occasioning bodily injury, or loss, or damage to my personal effects, I acknowledge that the Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with the Adventures (except for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence) and I will forgo all and any that I may have, against the Company in this respect. I also indemnify and hold harmless the Company, Directors and employees from any claims, direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with my wards acts or omissions.
I agree to indemnify Dorset Waterpark Limited, its directors, employees, and authorised persons from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses, and demands arising from my child’s failure to comply with any of my obligations as set out above.
Please ensure that your child is in good health and able to safely participate in all activities. If your child has any pre-existing health issues that may impact their participation, such as back/neck injuries, diabetes, epilepsy, respiratory, cardiovascular, psychological conditions, past dislocation injuries, pregnancy, or other health considerations, please inform us in advance. We recommend consulting with a doctor before participating.
Waterpark – You must be able to swim 25 metres unaided and be confident in the water. Further information regarding restrictions, please click here.
I understand and agree that CCTV footage will be recorded and monitored for security and insurance purposes only.
By allowing your child to participate, you confirm that you have read and understood the description of activities and associated risks. You acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept the terms and conditions, as well as the medical restrictions outlined on our website.
By allowing your child to participate, you also consent to the teacher, group leader, or outdoor adventure provider signing a group acknowledgement of risk form on your behalf. You acknowledge and accept all the information provided above.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Agreement and Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this Agreement and fully understand its terms for my child. I understand that I am limiting my rights, including my right to sue. I further acknowledge that I am accepting the terms of this Agreement freely and voluntarily.
